373 Akmil’s Cadets to Carry Out “Praja Bakti” Program in Gunung Kidul Regency

AS many as 373 cadets of Indonesia’s Military Academy (Akademi Militer, Akmil) to run social action in Gunung Kidul Regency, the Province of Yogyakarta.

The voluntary work namely “Praja Bakti” (lit. civil service) program has been begun on Monday (March 2nd) and will last until Sunday, March 7.

Akmil’s Vice Governor Brigadier General Soedirman led a departure ceremony hosted in Akmil’s campus in Magelang Municipality, Central Java on February 27.

The social action carried out by first and second year cadets focused on improving and rehabilitating existing public facilities and infrastructure in Nglipar and Patuk Subdistricts in Gunung Kidul Regency.***[alwaysmagelang@gmail.com]
